Suicide Town Hall Meeting
From Hope to Cope presented by the Northern Box Elder County Suicide Prevention Coalition, will be held on Thursday, from 6-8 p.m. At the Box Elder County Fairgrounds, 320 N. 1000 West, Tremonton.
This year’s event will feature two hour-long breakout sessions,
each featuring four different speakers addressing topics including: Suicide Prevention, HOPE Squads, Community Health Centers, Yoga, Sand Therapy, Focus Groups, and Grief.
The event is open to all ages capable of discussing serious subject matter, parents are encouraged to participate with their children.
Refreshments will be served.

Out of the Darkness Walk
Brigham Suicide Prevention will be hosting the Box Elder County Out of the Darkness suicide awareness walk at USU Brigham City Campus, 989 S. Main Street, registration begins at 9 a.m., the walk will begin at 10 a.m.

There is no cost to attend, but donations will be accepted which will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to further education and prevention efforts, as well as to advocate for public policy and to support survivors of suicide loss.
Farmers’ Market set
The Brigham City Farmers’ Market will be held at the Bill of Rights Plaza, 20 N. Main Street, from 4 to 8 p.m.
Dance for Life Suicide Prevention charity gala set
Dance for Life Suicide Prevention charity gala will be held at 2 and 7 p.m. at Copper Hills High School, 5445 New Bingham Hwy, West Jordan. Tickets are required to attend and can be purchased at www.danceforlifenation.org.
Special guests set to perform include Hannahalei Cabanilla of So You Think You Can Dance, Ballet West, BYU Ballroom, etc.

Local singer set to sing for public
Ashley Tolman, originally of Brigham City, will perform a free recital for the public at 6 p.m. at the Box Elder Tabernacle, 251 S. Main Street, Brigham City. Other musical performers include: Kellice Bradley, Laura Hailes, Rachel Larsen and Jordan Tolman.
Ashley is a soprano singer who recently performed in Carnegie Hall. She is a singer with First Art and American Festival Chorus in Logan.

Annual cereal sale
United Way will host its annual cereal sale beginning at 7 a.m. until sold out, at the Box Elder County Fairground, 320 N. 1000 West, Tremonton. Every bag of cereal is $1 and every person is limited to 50 bags.
Fine Arts Center
Sept. 27: Preschool music time will begin at 9:30 a.m. for children 2 to 5 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. Siblings are welcome to attend. The class will focus on reading stories, singing songs and crafting. A $2 donation is encouraged per child.
Improv night will be held from 7:30 to 9 p.m. for teens age 14 to 19.
