Owl Day at bird refuge
The Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and HawkWatch International will host Owl Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the refuge, 2155 W. Forest Street, Brigham City. The event is free and provides an educational opporutnity to learn about owls through crafts, stories, videos, and pellet dissection.

Fine Arts Center
The center will have limited hours Dec. 23 to Jan. 3.
Jan. 4: The World of Puppetry Museum will be open from 1 to 4 p.m. with a Punch n’ Judy show at 2 p.m. Admission is free, however, donations are encouraged.
Jan. 11: A paint party will be held at 1 p.m. where students will participate in a step-by-step oil painting class. The cost is $20. Call for reservations.
Winter-spring classes will begin mid-January. Classes are available online.
